PLANThis half-day adventure offers an incredible outdoor excursion into the wonders of nature and the chance to experience one of Sicily’s most iconic landmarks, Mount Etna.
As we ascend towards Rifugio Sapienza, located 1,900 meters above sea level, our expert guide will share fascinating insights about this awe-inspiring volcano, the highest active one in all of Europe. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by breathtaking panoramic views that are truly unforgettable.
At this point, you have two options: you can choose to stay at 1,900 meters and take in the stunning scenery or continue your ascent to 2,900 meters via cable car and the Moon Bus. Here, an Alpine guide or a volcanologist will welcome you and lead you on a guided walk around a crater near the summit, offering a unique opportunity to witness Etna’s raw power up close.
Prepare to be amazed by the beauty and energy of this extraordinary natural wonder!
