The cancellation policy on cassatatravel.it is clear and transparent: a full refund is granted for cancellations of regular tours made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. No refund will be issued for requests received less than 48 hours before departure. If the selected tour or service is non-refundable or subject to different cancellation terms, such conditions will be clearly specified in the tour description.
