PLANOur trip will start on a venturesome trail and our first stop is the 2002 Etna eruption which left traces of Lava reshaping the land. The Sartorius craters has been formed after the 1865 eruption. It is surrounded by beautifulness. On one side you can admire the top of the volcano, on the other side the sea. Chestnut trees, oak trees add some colours to this live image one of the favourite spot of the tourists. Arriving at 1750 above sea level, you will continue by foot on a 50 minutes journey to admire a spectaculor panoramic views that will remain with you for the rest of your life.
On your way down, you will explore one of the caves, discovering the mysterious and fascinating underground world of Etna
The tour will end up on a joyful note with a tasting of Arancino one of the traditional dishes of Sicily

The walk takes place on off -road paths: it is advisable to wear comfortable footwear, warm clothing and a wind jacket (even during the summer months)
