PLANBoard your boat at the Harbour of Milazzo and set sail for Panarea, the most glamorous of the Aeolian Islands. Known for its exclusive atmosphere, Panarea attracts international jet-setters in search of the perfect “dolce far niente,” the sweet art of doing nothing. Stroll through its charming, whitewashed alleys, soak in the island’s elegant yet laid-back vibe, and enjoy its breathtaking coastal views.
Next, you’ll head to Stromboli, the island where passion and cinema intertwined in the 1950s, thanks to the love story between Ingrid Bergman and Roberto Rossellini during the filming of Stromboli. If you wish, you can see the house where they lived during that time.
After some free time to explore, the journey continues to the highlight of the excursion: the mesmerizing sight of Stromboli’s crater. As the sun sets, you’ll witness the island’s spectacular “Sciara del Fuoco,” where glowing lava flows down the volcano’s slopes, lighting up the night sky in a truly unforgettable display of nature’s raw power.
